Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 40 years for Post No.1, 3, 4, 6 & 7 and 50 years for Post No.2 & 5.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS or equivalent Degree for Post No.1, MD in Medicine or equivalent Degree for Post No.2 & 5, Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Degree/ Diploma in Couseling/ Health Education /Mass Communication for Post No.3, Degree in Nursing/ Diploma in Nursing for Post No.4 & 7, 10+2 or equivalent qualification with one year certificate course/ Diploma in Multi Rehabilitation Worker for Post No.6.

After applying online, download the application and send the hardcopy along with attested xerox copies of qualification, experience certificate, etc, enclosed in an envelope super scribed as “Application for the post of ____” to The Project Director (IDS), Directorate of Health & F.W. Services, Anand Rao Circle, Bangalore-560009 by registered post or courier on or before 14-02-2014.
