Essential Qualification: Those aspirants are willing to apply, they must have completed:

Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / HRM

Or

Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR from any recognized university / institute.

Pay Scale: Selected job hunters will get the salary is as follows:

• Dy. Manager: Rs.23500-600-29500/- 
• Asst. Manager: Rs.19500-500-24500/- 
• Officer:  Rs.16000-400-20000/- 
• Assistant Plant:  Rs.13000-300-16000/- 
• Manager: Rs.28000-800-36000/- 
• Dy. Manager: Rs.23500-600-29500/- 
• Asst. Manager:  Rs.19500-500-24500/- 
• Officer/Engineer: Rs.16000-400-20000/- 
• Assistant Officer Trainee: First year stipend: Rs.18,000/-p.m. & Second year stipend: Rs.20,250/-p.m.
