Lumami Branch (Code No.13380). (Bank counter foil must be attached with 
the application).

 support of their academic qualifications, teaching and research experience, E-mail ID, 
Telephone No, Fax No, attested copies of relevant documents, Schedule Cast/
Schedule Tribe/OBC Certificates & three recent passport photograph may be sent in
 the prescribed proforma to the Recruitment Cell (Establishment Section-II),
